Sales Policy for Stevens Auto Glaze and Security, Inc.

In order for us to serve you better, all sales will be governed by the following rules.  By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. We normally have products in stock, ready to ship the same day if possible.  If we do not have the products in stock, please allow up to two weeks for shipment.  If shipment is not made within two weeks, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

2. Shipment is generally made via UPS.  If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us.

3. Items that are defective at time of receipt will be replaced upon return of the product to us.  Please contact us for information on returning the product within 7 days of receipt of product.

4. We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered items or mistakes made in the order process.

5. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more to the continental United States.

6. Any merchandise returns that do not fall under Rule #3 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and a shipping charge for items over $50 to the continental United States that received free shipping.
